26 Days

The busy season is once again upon us we feel there is not enough hours in the day to get the shopping, work, activities, parties and so on done. Literally depending on where you live it may feel this way. With winter just weeks away and seeing less and less of the sun it seems like we are just running from one thing to the next. And before we know it we realize the year is coming to an end. We get so wrapped up in the moments you say to yourself where did this year go? Where did the time go? This seems to be the season of reflection and potential. New beginnings as another year comes to a close and a new one begins. So that is exactly what I am going to do.

We reflect simply because it is human nature. We all have things to accomplish day-to-day, week to week, year to year. We are all striving for something in our lives that feel bigger than us. Whether it is work related, relationships, personal or just making it in the big world. Are you doing enough to accomplish them? Maybe not but I know when you feel like you are you may not get the outcome you were looking for at the moment. Stay positive and continue to strive towards your goals. You might have to knock down 100 barriers to get you to where you want to see your life. That is simply okay. The journey is part of the path. You need to create a path of pain, sweat, tears, fear, and love in order to get to your successes in your life. You will definitely feel one, two, three, or all of those emotions in your life to get you on your rightful path. Patience is a virtue and must be also taken into account. Be more patient and your love for life and all things will grow.

100 Day Challenge

As most of you know I have been committed to myself for 100 Days to change a few things in my life. I needed a better outlook on life something to share and to heal some of the many demands in my life. I started on September 22, 2017 the start of 100 days left in 2017. Here is the list I created to help change my life and set me off on my rightful path as follows; 1.) I will look at my vision board everyday. 2.) I will create a morning ritual everyday. 3.) I will find away to give back to the community. 4.) I will join a gym in the next 100 days. 5.) I will accomplish one thing off my vision board. 6.) I will say my I am affirmations everyday. 7.) I will stop drinking.

Now I am not going to sit here and write that I accomplished everything on here. That is to easy for me to say that I did. What I will say is these were my virtues for the 100 Days that I lived by. Once I got in the routine of continuing to strive towards these virtues it became easier and easier to complete. I have been told that for most people 21 days is the mark to get to in order to start a new routine. Once you hit that 21 day mark the routine should have enough energy and momentum to make it easier to continue. For me this was definitely true. It actually felt shorter than 21 days cause I felt very determined to turn my life around. The 100 day challenge is very possible for anybody who is determined enough to change their lives. I have gone through a lot in my life and I will continue to use these virtues even after the next 26 days left of the 100.

You can change your life it just takes patience and focus. I have seen the high’s of high’s and the most very low’s. Don’t give up on yourself and try 100 day challenge the next one is right around the corner. It can most certainly change your life and give you the energy and momentum to be your true self. Isn’t that what you always wanted?! Don’t forget….

To Love Always,
