If you don’t believe who will?

If you don’t believe who will believe in yourself?

If you don’t believe how can you change a bad situation into a good situation?

If you don’t believe how will you manifest your goals into reality?


We can change the way we feel in a heart beat never forget that. Your mind is what feeds you and in order to change the way you feel you must remember to change your situation or rituals in your life. We all have rituals from the time we wake up in the morning to the time we go to bed at night. Before you go to bed at night or wake up in the morning. Smile and point out a couple of moments from the day of what you are grateful for or what you wish to accomplish for that day. I say my I AM affirmations as well as a list of what I am grateful for. The greatest way to change how you feel is to be grateful. Think of all the good things in your life right now. Perhaps it is your family, kids, or health. What is one thing that your grateful for in your life right now? What would it be? What is one thing to be proud of in your life right now? What would it be? Maybe it was a difficult situation you were able to overcome in your life. Could be a work situation maybe you received some praise recently or got a promotion. We all have moments right now that we can be grateful for and feel proud. All of these can change our mindset and catapult you from day-to-day. It is best to do this for twenty-one days straight. Twenty-one days allows you to get into a ritual. The consistent reminders of you repeating these over and over in your head really helps you make the changes needed in your life.

Believe in yourself,                Believe in your values,              Believe in your progress.

I have had a lot of progress recently in my life. It isn’t always easy to stay on track but you realize where you been and how far you have come. You know there is no going back. You have to change to make good again. The only thing that I would ever regret is not having the courage to make these changes in the first place. In saying all of this it is true it can be the case to be right thing at the wrong time and not work at all for you. Then you ask yourself why? I know this is the right thing that I need. Why? Am I still not getting it. It really comes down to the wrong time. You need to know when it is the right time to make the right choice. There is a lot on my list I wasn’t able to do this time last year that I am finishing now. It was too much at the moment everything coming at me all at once it felt. I have learned to deal with it and say it is okay cause whatever I am not able to accomplish now the right time will come. On the bright side at least you know it isn’t the right time. You can refocus and not have to keep asking yourself why all the time.
